The full force of the Salsa Dura - earthy, snappy and yet full of joie de vivre – this is the music of Caballo Negro. With its large wind set of four trombones and baritone saxophone, the orchestra around the singer José Bustamante revives the music from New York in the early 70s by Willie Colón, Hector Lavoe, Ruben Blades and other salsa greats and interprets its own compositions in a rousing way.
